Fireside Chat on Global Careers in Engineering and Technology

Have
you ever considered working abroad? Come to this fireside chat to learn
more about international careers and internships from employers and
students with experience working abroad. This event will feature 3
employers (IBM, Nissan and ZF North America) who will share their
experiences working internationally. In addition, several current
engineering students will be on hand to speak about their international
work experiences. Gain insight on how to find these opportunities and
what it is really like to work abroad. You will also have the
opportunity to ask questions and network in a casual environment. Light
refreshments will be served. Please RSVP to attend.

Programs
for teaching and volunteering abroad offer a vast range of
opportunities in fields such as health, social work, natural resources
and teaching English. Positions are available for undergraduates,
seniors and graduate/professional students. Hear from representatives
of the following organizations and follow up with them at the
International Opportunities Fair:
- Amigos de las Americas - volunteer placements in Latin America

CIEE Teach Abroad – teaching
placements in Chile, China, Dominican Republic, S. Korea, Spain, Thailand, Vietnam - Cultural Embrace by API - teach and volunteer programs in several countries around the world.
- Experiential Learning Abroad (ELAP) – volun
teer and internship placements in Latin America, England, Morroco, South Korea, and Spain.
- Peace Corps - teaching and volunteer placements in various countries
- Princeton in Asia - post-grad fellowship offering service-oriented placements through Asia
- WorldTeach - teaching placements in Africa, Asia, and Latin America
